On the initial clean, we are probably dealing with dust and dirt that has built up for quite some time, so it takes considerably longer, and thus we charge more. If you would like to book a consultation, we can arrange for a free no obligation estimate of your house cleaning needs.

When contacting cleaning companies, many people begin with that question. In our opinion, a more informing question would be: What will the total cost be to do the job? A cleaner that charges a very low rate per hour may clean at a very low speed. Hence, the result is that you are not getting an accurate comparison. And the number one complaint made of cleaning companies is that the cleaners leave before they are supposed to, charging for a certain amount of time, but leaving early. We completely avoid that.
